Bomb blast in Indian Occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR - One person was killed and two others injured in a bomb blast in Kulgam district.

On the other hand Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred one more Kashmiri youth and injured another in Islamabad district.

The troops martyred the youth, Aadil Rehman Das, in a fake encounter during a cordon and search operation at Sirhama in Bijbehara area of the district.

The dead body of Aadil Rehman Das was found on a hilltop at Boomteng near Sirhama area of the district, a local told mediamen.

The troops arrested another youth, Arif Ahmed, in an injured condition in the area.

The troops also launched massive cordon and search operations in Dar Mohalla Bonigam and Hergam Nussuu areas of Qazigund in Kulgam district and at Mohanpora in Shopian district, on Thursday.

On the other hand, the Jammu and Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society and Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons urged India to allow unconditional access to international human rights organizations to assess the prevailing human rights situation in the territory.

Meanwhile, eleven students died when a vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge in Lal Ghulam area on historic Mughal Road in Shopian district.

The vehicle carrying over at least 20 students of a private computer centre was on its way to Shopian from Poonch.
