Koreas to hold military talks on 31 July

North and South Koreas have agreed to hold military talks on Tuesday.
South Korea Defense Ministry says both the sides seek to defuse tensions so general-level military talks would take place at the border village of Panmunjom within the demilitarised zone separating the two Koreas.
