PESHAWAR: (APP) Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has reportedly warned dissident MNAs and MPAs from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of expulsion from the party apparently on the issue of raising voice against the irregularities being committed by the KP government.
According to sources in the PTI, the party had served show cause notices to one MNA and two MPAs on the directives of Imran Khan for holding a meeting the other day at residence of MPA Yasin Khalil here and presenting an 11-point agenda .
They said Imran Khan had given a clear message to all the party members that their party membership would be cancelled if they would opt for a move like the dissident group.
Meanhwile, the PTI dissident legsilators have reportedly decided to hold another meeting in next few days to expose the PTI government's irregularities in the province through media, besides finalizing a future strategy after Imran Khan 's refusal to meet them.
The sources said the dissidents were expecting that Imran Khan would address their grievances as he himself had contacted them and assured to meet them. However, his refusal to meet them had not only shocked them but also created further confusion, they added.
