Hours after his arrest, a video of the Indian pilot was released by Pakistan army. Having a cup of tea in his hand, the safe and sound Abhi Andan thanked Pakistan Army for their professional and moral behavior and military norms.
In the video, released after Maj-Gen Asif Ghafoor concluded his press conference, the arrested Indian pilot said that ‘Pakistan Army has looked after me very well.’ ‘They are all thorough gentlemen,’ he continued.
The captured Indian pilot went on to say that “I would not change my statement if I go back to my country.”
