US President Donald Trump mocks Indian TV Channel journalist, PM Modi left red faced

NEW YORK - US President Donald Trump mocks Indian TV Channel journalist during a press conference along with PM Modi leaving him red faced. However the interesting thing is that the Indian TV Channel considered it a praise instead of sarcastic reply.

It was a moment of embarrassment for “India Today”, when it comprehended President Donald Trump’s sarcastic remarks as praise.

During a conversation between US President Trump and Indian Prime Minister Modi, India Today’s reporter asked a question regarding Pakistan sponsored terrorism in India , to which Trump replied sarcastically,

“I wish I had a reporter like you. You are doing better than anyone else,” turning to Modi he asked, “where do you find these reporters?”

Moments later India Today posted a promotional video on its official social media accounts with “Trump Praises India Today” as caption.

After comments by people who made them realize that it was indeed a sarcastic remark, they deleted the video from all their accounts.
