Prince of Qatar held important meeting with Pakistan Army Chief at GHQ

RAWALPINDI - Chief Executive of International Islamic Bank, Prince of Qatar Sheikh Ali Bin Abdullah Al Thani called on the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ, said a statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the military’s public relations wing.
According to the ISPR, regional security situation, economic cooperation and issues of mutual interest including cooperation in various fields were discussed.
The visiting dignitary acknowledged and appreciated the Pakistan Army’s efforts for regional peace, the statement added.
On the occasion, the army chief said that security situation in Pakistanis getting improved day-by-day and that foreign investment is essential for achieving long-lasting peace.
Sheikh Abdullah also expressed best wishes for Pakistan's economic growth and stability.
