Islamabad - Kabul Motorway to be financed by World Bank

ISLAMABAD - National Assembly Standing Committee on Communication has been informed that World Bank will provide assistance for the Peshawar-Kabul Motorway.
The committee held its meeting in Islamabad today with MNA Muzammil Qureshi in the chair.
It was told that most of Communication Projects are under progress in Balochistan Province.
The meeting was briefed that the first phase of Karachi Green Line Project will be completed by November while the work on its phase-II will be completed till April next year.
The Committee was also informed that the construction of 22 bridges on 35 Kilometer long Bahrain-Kalam Road will be completed next year.
