Army Chief General Asim Munir has said that young people should counter the ongoing propaganda against national institutions, especially enhancing the information of the youth. The armed forces, security, and intelligence agencies are bravely combating terrorists with the continuous support of the Pakistani people.
According to a statement issued by the ISPR, participants in the 25th National Security Workshop had a briefing on regional and domestic security, as well as national security. Later, they had an interactive session with General Asim Munir.
The statement further highlights the awareness of measures taken to combat illegal activities such as smuggling, electricity theft, drug trafficking, border control, and the repatriation of illegal non-nationals to deter illegal spectrums.
General Asim Munir emphasized that Pakistan's armed forces, security, and intelligence agencies have courageously confronted terrorism despite continuous and diverse support from hostile forces. He expressed hope for success through the continued cooperation of the Pakistani people.
