PML N find it difficult to field candidates from all seats, party ticket application date extended: Sources

LAHORE – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Friday extended date to submit applications for party ticket for the upcoming general elections as party is finding it hard to get candidates for all the seats.
Due to recent defections in the party and issue of Nawaz sharif backlash and the Khatam e Nabuwat case have forces candidates to stay away from PMLN and rather prefer to contest as independent candidate.
According to a PML-N spokesperson, the applications for National and Provincial Assembly tickets can now be submitted up to May 31.
He further said that the parliamentary board of the party will start interviews of the candidates after May 31
