New 660cc Cars to be produced in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD –New 660cc AltoCars to be produced in Pakistan now, it has been revealed.
Pak Suzuki Motors has started local production of 660cc Alto after the discontinuation of its top-selling Mehran 800cc for its consumers, according to PakWheels.com
It reported last year that the company is looking to launch Suzuki Alto next year and it is now confirmed with the leak of new pictures.
It has been rumored that company has already manufactured 25 units for the testing purposes.
Both automatic and manual transmission of this new hatchback will be available with 660cc engine.
Three variants are rumored to be announced; top-of-the-line with an automatic transmission whereas other two will have manual transmission with base model and higher specifications respectively.
The price is rumored to vary from RS/- 8 lacs-10 lacs.
Suzuki Alto is in its 8th generation which will continue with the new Alto as well but it will house different, new features. It is yet to be found out which features will Suzuki accomodate in its new hatchback.
