AJK minister seeks world’s action against unprovoked Indian firing on LoC

MIRPUR (AJK): Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) Revenue Minister Sardar Farooq Sakindar Khan Monday called upon the International community to take immediate notice of the frequent incidents of unprovoked Indian shelling targeting civilian populous areas along the Line of Control in Azad Jammu Kashmir.

He was addressing a meeting held in Kotli on Monday to give final touches to the arrangements of the scheduled March 27 visit of the AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan to Kotli district  to inquire about the well being of the Indian firing hit population of the forward areas.

AJK Prime minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan will visit to Line of Control (LoC) in Nikayal sector on March 27, it was officially said.

Minister for Revenue Sardar Farooq Sakindar said that the morale of people living along the LoC were high and any aggression from India can’t shatter the high spirit and resolves of the masses.

He said the government was using all its resources to rehabilitate the unprovoked Indian firing-hit people dwelling close to the LoC in AJK.
