Petition filed in Islamabad HC against Interior Minister Ch. Nisar

ISLAMABAD: Contempt of Court petition has been filed in Islamabad against Interior Minister Ch. Nisar here at Saturday to remove Musharraf's name from Exit Control List.
As per details, the petition was filed by Citizen Shahid Orakzai in Islamabad High Court. He took plea in his petition that Supreme Court did not order to remove Musharraf's name from ECL while it was the government decision to send Musharraf abroad, removing his name from the ECL.
The petitioner requested in his petition to suspend the notification of government to remove the name of treason case accused from ECL.
While accepting the plea of Shahid Orakzai, Islamabad HC issued show cause notice to the Interior Minister and decided to hear contempt of court plea on March 29.
