Pakistan will not allow India to get away with annexation of Occupied Kashmir: Info Minister

ISLAMABAD-Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz says Pakistan will not allow India to get away with annexation of Occupied Kashmir through a parliamentary decree and the merciless use of military might against Kashmiris.

He was addressing a seminar titled "Humans without Human Rights" in connection with International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in Islamabad today [Friday].

The Minister said Pakistan is committed to resolving Kashmir dispute with India through dialogue in consonance with UN resolutions.

He reiterated that Pakistan will continue to extend moral political and diplomatic support to the cause of Kashmiris and persist with its efforts to expose Indian machinations to the world till an amicable solution to the dispute becomes possible. He said in view of the permeating situation it is time that the United Nations and the international community wake up to the ground realities in this region, particularly the situation in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, which is potential nuclear flash point.
