Jhagra lauds role of private sector

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has appreciated the role of private sector for prevention of diseases and providing healthcare facilities to people of the province.
He was addressing the prize distribution ceremony of the 3rd Rehman Medical Institute Open Golf Tournament in Peshawar on Sunday.
The Governor said promotion of healthy lifestyle through sports activities is now globally recognized as the best tool for prevention against diseases.Appreciating the conduct of the tournament, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said it must provide an opportunity for renewal and development of skills in the game of Golf.
Earlier, the Governor gave away prizes to the winners.APP/AFP
