Prisoner No 4470 allotted to former PM Nawaz Sharif in Kotlakhpat Jail

LAHORE - Former premier Nawaz Sharif has been shifted to the Kotlakhpat jail from the Adiala Jail Rawalpindi.
He been allotted prisoner number 4470 after being shifted to the Kot Lakhpat Jail in Lahore.
He has been provided with the better class facility in the jail upon his application.
According to sources, he will be allowed to meet his family members on Thursday from 01:00 PM till 02:30 PM.
Meanwhile, his legal team has decided to challenge the accountability court’s verdict in the next week in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Sharif has been sentenced to seven years in prison after being convicted in the Al-Azizia Steel Mills corruption reference.
