5 militants killed in eastern Afghan airstrikes

KABUL: In Afghanistan, five militants were killed after government special forces launched airstrikes in two eastern Afghan provinces.
In first incident, three prominent Islamic State militants were killed in an airstrike in Pachir Wa Agam district of Nangarhar province.
In another incident, two Taliban were killed in Mohammad Agha district of neighboring Logar province.
