Relief to Masses: Petroleum prices to witness significant reduction in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD - Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) is expected to propose a reduction of Rs6 per litre in petrol price, GNN has learned.
As per details garnered, the decision has been taken amid plummeting oil prices in the international market.
Oil price in international market has fallen by massive $16 per barrel and is hovering around $55 per barrel. As per these prices, petrol price should be reduced by as many as Rs19 per litre. However, OGRA is expected to announce only a reduction of Rs6 per litre.
Likewise, price of the diesel is expected to be reduced b Rs8 per litre.
