Levies Check Post attacked by militants

QUETTA (APP): At least five personnel of Levies force were killed and Tehsildar among three were injured by unknown gunmen in Jawani area of Gwadar district on Thursday.
According to Levies sources, armed assailants riding a motorbike opened indiscriminately fire at Levies Check Post when they were on their duty and fled from the scene.
As a result, five personnel died on the spot while Tehisldar among three received serious injuries.
The bodies and the injured were rushed to nearby hospital.
Law enforcement agencies reached the site and cordoned off the entire area and started search to trace out suspects. Further investigation was underway.
Chief Minister of Balochistan Nawab Sanuallah Khan Zehri strongly condemned the incident of firing and ordered to local administrations to early arrest culprits.
