Why Mayor Rawalpindi Sardar Naseem has been disqualified by ECP

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has disqualified the mayor of Rawalpindi Sardar Naseem.
A five-member commission headed by Chief Election Commissioner, retired Justice Sardar Raza, announced the decision in Islamabad today.
Two separate petitions were filed against the Mayor by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's Lubna Iqbal and PML-N's Tahira Perveen
The petitioners had alleged that Naseem had used his influence to rig local bodies’ polls for reserved seats prior to being elected the city mayor.
