India should learn lesson from past: Pervaiz Ashraf

ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said that India should learn lesson from the past and avoid giving war threats to Pakistan.

Talking to media outside Parliament House, he termed India Army Chief's statement irresponsible, adding that Pakistani nation is united and ready for any kind of sacrifice for the country.
He said that Pakistan is one of the peaceful country and want peace all over the world.

Replying to a question regarding Afghan refugees, he said that on humanitarian grounds, Pakistan had given refuge to millions of Afghan refugees. He said that for permanent citizenship law exists and if somebody fulfills the criteria, should be given citizenship.

Replying to another question, he said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is the game changer and if Saudi Arabia want to invest in CPEC, it will be good for both the countries.
He said that Pakistan Peoples Party's leadership had always given top priority to its relations with China.
