Pakistan secured three Gold, five Silver and two Bronze medals in the Asian bench press power lifting championship in Dubai.
Pakistani women won three Gold, four Silver and two Bronze medals while men's team only won a single Silver medal.
Pakistan contingent comprises of nine women and four men.
Four sisters Veronica Sohail, Twinkle Sohail, Sybil Sohail and Maryam Sohail created new record for winning medals for the country.
Veronica Sohail, twinkle Sohail and Nuzhat Jabeen won gold medals.
Rabia Shahzad, Saania Ghafoor, Nadia Maqsood and Rabia Razzaq won silver medals. Sybil Sohail and Maryam Sohail won bronze medals.
In men's category, Pakistani Sohail Rasheed won silver medal.
