Adiala Jail photo session: Top 5 officials sacked by Punjab government

RAWALPINDI – Punjab government has responded over the inquiry report of the Adiala Jail photo leak case.

Punjab government has suspended five police officials of the Adiala Jail after inquiry committee compiled and submit report over photo session inside jail’s premises.

Those who are suspended include Superintendent Adiala Jail Saeedullah Gonda, Deputy Superintendent Farrukh Rashid, assistant Sajid Ali, warden Mohammad Imtiaz and warden Mohammad Arshad.

Punjab govt had constituted a two-member committee to probe the ‘photo leak’, which also featured Maryam Nawaz and Captain (retd) Safdar Awan sitting in the superintendent’s office.
