In light of reported threats to their safety, the security institutions have issued warnings to former prime ministers and brothers, Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif, advising them against congregating in the same location.

To mitigate potential risks, security agencies have instructed both Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif, along with their immediate family members, to refrain from traveling together or assembling in one place. In response to these security concerns, enhanced protective measures have been put in place for both siblings.

The government has taken steps to bolster the security of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif by equipping his security team with two jamming devices and other security equipment, in addition to the customary VVIP protocol afforded to a former prime minister.

These supplementary security measures have been implemented in response to specific threat alerts related to the Sharif family.

Notably, upon his recent return to Pakistan after a four-year absence, Nawaz Sharif was initially granted the standard security protocol befitting a former prime minister.

On October 21, he arrived in Pakistan from the UK and addressed a public gathering of his party at Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore. Subsequently, the courts suspended his arrest warrants and granted him protective bail in connection with multiple cases against him.
