ISLAMABAD - New developments reported over former PM Nawaz Sharif case in Islamabad High Court.The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday adjourned hearing former prime minister Nawaz Sharif's bail plea in Al-Azizia reference till October 29.
According to details, the court sought a complete medical report of the former prime minister.
Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Keyani hear the bail plea.
The petition was filed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif who requested the court to release his elder brother on bail in Al-Azizia reference in which the latter has been serving a seven-year sentence in Kot Lakhpat Jail.
Justice Amir Farooq asked the doctor to tell about the health of ex-premier in simple words over which, the MS said his condition is still critical, adding that Nawaz’s personal doctor Dr Adnan is aware about everything and he has also shown his trust on the medical board.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar asked about the nature of Nawaz’s disease that whether it is fatal or not responding to which, the doctors told it can be deadly if proper treatment is ignored.
