Federal Govt to continue equal development of all areas: PM

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that it is matter of great satisfaction that democratic process is moving forward in Gilgit Baltistan.
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi says federal government will continue to extend cooperation for equal development of all the areas in the country.
Addressing the meeting of Gilgit Baltistan council in Skardu on Wednesday, he said Gilgit Baltistan can greatly benefit from China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.
He said it is the first government which practically started work on Diamer Basha Dam. Development of the country is our priority.

Meanwhile, the meeting of Gilgit Baltistan council is in progress which will approve budget for the year 2017-18.
