Pakistan Institute of Labour Education and Research PILER, a prominent NGO found involved in taking funds from RAW

KARACHI: The NGO named Pakistan Institute of Labor Education and Research (PILER) has been exposed of taking funds from RAW, Indian premier Intelligence Agency. According to a report of Federal Board of Revenue FBR , PILER is involved in policies which are against Pakistan. As per details, Indian High Commissioner Raghavan directly look after all matters of PILER. The report was issued by FBR intelligence and investigation unit. Reports revealed that PILER is involved in economic terrorism in country. Report also revealed that funds are provided to PILER with the help of Indian and other NGOs. The funds initially are transfered to foreign country banks account and then funds were transferred in the Al Habib bank account of PILER at Qulshan e Mumar in forms of Euro and Pounds. The funds are given to PILER through England, Germany, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Sri-lanka, USA, Columbia and Nepal by Indian agency RAW. A member of PILER Zulifqar also wrote a book which was against Pakistan.
