Eighth edition of Disabled T20 Cup begins in Karachi today

The eighth edition of the Disabled T20 Pentangular Cup will start from today (Monday) in Karachi.
According to the honorary secretary of the Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association Ameer-ud-din Ansari, five teams which are participating in the tournament include Federal Areas, Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Tournament will be played on the league basis as the top two teams will qualify for the final. The winning team will bag the cash prize of Rs 150,000/- while the runners-up will receive the prize bag of Rs 75,000.
While talking to the media the PDCA secretary called this tournament very important following their preparations for the upcoming World Series for Disabled players.
Ameer thanked the Pakistan Cricket Board for showing support to the PDCA which helped them bringing up this unique category of cricket.
