Punjab Police officer martyred in an encounter

Two policemen were martyred in an encounter with armed men near Raja Jang in Kasur, reported Waqt News.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Sajjad Haider and a sepoy were killed when several armed men fired at a police checkpost near Raja Jang in Kasur.
The deceased were shifted to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
