Pakistan Railways aim to connect Peshawar with Jalalabad Afghanistan

ISLAMABAD - Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said no obstacle will be tolerated in the way of implementation of China Pakistan Economic Corridor project.
Talking to the media persons in Lahore on Saturday, he reaffirmed the determination to the upgradation of railways infrastructure of ML-1 from Karachi to Peshawar.
He said the project will help provide one hundred thousand jobs to the youth.
The Minister said his vision is to extend the ML-1 project by 154 kilometer from Peshawar to Jalalabad.
