Civilian martyred in Indian forces unprovoked shelling in Nikayal sector

ISLAMABAD:Indian troops have again carried out mortar shelling at Nikayal sector of the Line of Control targeting civil population in Thurti Narr Village.
According to ISPR, an innocent citizen embraced martyrdom and three other civilians got injured in the shelling.The injured have been shifted to THQ Nakyal.Pakistan Army targeted the Indian post which initiated fire.
Meanwhile, AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has strongly condemned unprovoked firing by Indian troops on civilian population across LoC and termed it a blatant violation of Ceasefire agreement.In a condemnation message, he said Indian forces are targeting civilian population as well as school and passenger vans, which is the worst terrorism and war crime.
He appealed to the UN Security Council, European Union and other influential bodies and countries to take serious notice of the situation and stop Indian aggression at LoC. APP/AFP
