CTD Punjab saves terrorist attack, four terrorists arrested

LAHORE - The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Tuesday has saved a terrorist attack on Christmas event in Punjab.
CTD has arrested four terrorists of a banned organization following an operation in Gujranwala.
According to officials, the arrested terrorists are identified as Muhammad Tawaseen, Muhammad Junaid, Munir Ahmed and Taj Muhammad Shah.
Besides, officers seized explosives from their possession and transported them to unknown location.
It is reported that they were planning to target a Christmas ceremony while further investigation is underway.
