Afghanistan: 43 killed in suicide, gun attack

KABUL: In Afghanistan, at least 43 people have been killed in a suicide and gun attack on a government compound in Kabul.
Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish said an Afghan police officer was among the killed. Three attackers were also shot dead.
No one has immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
