ISLAMABAD: Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahd Mahmood Qureshi while terming his meetings with Afghan leadership as productive, said that the peace process was making positive headway.
“Two days, four countries. We’re not slowing down as the year ends,” the foreign minister tweeted after concluding his visit to Kabul where he met Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and his counterpart Salahuddin Rabbani.
The foreign minister left Kabul for Iran on second leg of his four-nation visit to Afghanistan, Iran, China and Russia.
“Next stop is Iran. Regional connectivity and a collective outlook is essential for progress,” the foreign minister remarked.
