PML-N, PPP gave nothing except frustration: Shah Mahmood

THARPARKAR: PTI vice-chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the PML-N and the PPP gave nothing except frustration.

Addressing a public meeting in Chachro on Saturday, he said that the people will decide about the next prime minister in the 2018 general elections.

“There is a right of Jahangir Tareen’s son in the by-election. However, the party will make the final decision about the candidate,” he declared.

Shah Mahmood said that the state machinery was used across the country in the 2013 elections. “Thirty-two polling stations were set on fire. Why were we not given the result for 15 days?” he questioned.

He said that 1,000 schools, out of total 4,000, are closed in Tharparkar. “Dispensaries have been closed and ambulance service is closed. People reach hospitals on self-help basis. I have visited Tharparkar with the philosophy of Imran Khan,” he added.

The PTI leader said that how the rulers will serve the masses if they cannot remove garbage from the city.
