Former President Asif Ali Zardari decides to revamp PPP in Sindh: Sources

KARACHI - Former President and Co Chairman of PPP Asif Ali Zardari has decided to revamp PPP in Sindh.

He has expressed his dismay in a meeting held at Bhutto House, which was attended by the elected MNAs, MPAs and local bodies’ chairmen and vice chairmen of Larkana Division

He also inquired about the performance of candidates and the strategies adopted during campaigns in the general elections.

He directed that whatever is needed to bring change to the party should be brought immediately.

According to media reports, he also ordered the removal of some office-bearers of the party including Larkana mayor and district council chairman, instructing that only those should be elected who work tirelessly for the betterment of the masses and the party.

He further directed elected representatives to establish and broaden their contact with the people and their issues must be resolved at all costs to improve performance and complete ongoing development schemes immediately.
