Free wheat seeds to farmers by Punjab government

MUZAFFARGARH (APP): Punjab government would provide rust-free wheat seeds, free of cost, to the farmers, with an objective to promote quality wheat
and to enhance per acre production, in the province.
This was stated by DO Agriculture Mehr Abid while talking to a delegation of farmers, here on Sunday.
He said these seeds would be provided to the selected farmers, after a balloting draw, held at village level.
He said that all the farmers, who are owner of land or contractors, should submit applications by September 15, for getting these rusts-free seeds.
