NAB plea against Sharif family in SC: New developments reported

ISLAMABAD – The bench constituted to hear the NAB appeals against the release of the Sharif family was dissolved after Justice Umar Atta Bandial excused himself from the case for being unwell.
Justice Mazhar Alam has been included in the bench in place of Justice Umar Atta Bandial.
The bench led by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will hear the appeals on Wednesday. It will comprise of Justice Mashir Alam and Justice Mazhar Alam.
