Twin bombing at Afghan ceremony kills 4

KABUL: In Afghanistan, at least four people were killed and thirty one others wounded in a two bomb blast that targeted a ceremony in southern city of Lashkargah on Saturday.
The spokesman for Ministry of Interior said the explosions were as a result of two mines placed at the stadium where the ceremony in connection with Farmers Day was going on.
No group has claimed responsibility for the explosion so far.
