President attends 16th SCO's inaugural reception

TASHKENT: (APP) President Mamnoon Hussain on Thursday attended the reception of the 16th meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) held for the heads of state and government of the member countries.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uzbekistan's President Islam Karimov, Tajikistan's President Emomali Rahmon, Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayov and Kyrgyzstan President Almazbeg Atambayev attended the reception.
A cultural gala was also organized on the occasion depicting the rich heritage of the SCO member states.
