Lord Nazir Ahmed residence robbed in Britain, Foreign intelligence suspected of crime
SOUTH YORKSHIRE: British-Pakistani member of the British House of Lords, Lord Nazir Ahmed’s residence was robbed in the early hours of Wednesday morning in the area of Rotherham, according to a local media outlet.
The robbery took place when Ahmed was not present at his residence.
According to reports, Nazir Ahmed said that there was the possibility of a foreign intelligence being involved in this robbery.
He also said that this could also be an attempt at harming an on-going campaign in Kashmir against the Indian aggression and brutality.
The closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras were smashed by the robbers before beginning the robbery and it looked like a well-thought-out robbery.
Lord Nazir Ahmed told the media that it could be an attempt to deliver him a warning of some sort but he wasn’t scared.
He, at present, is working on a campaign focused on clearing Pakistan’s image in London.
