ICJ instructs India to submit reply in Kulbhushan's case by 17th April

The International Court of Justice has instructed India to submit its reply in the case of convicted Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav by 17th April.

Kulbhushan Jadhav was arrested in Balochistan by Pakistan security forces and tried in a military court which sentenced him to death for espionage and subversive activities.

Pakistan will have to submit a counter memorial by 17th July in response to India reply.
