KP government allocates largest ever health budget for reforms

PESHAWAR - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has allocated seventy-nine billion rupees for provision of quality health services in the province.

A spokesman of Health Directorate told Radio Pakistan Peshawar Correspondent that the amount will be spent on improving the standard of Tehsil and District Headquarters Hospitals in the province.

The project also includes establishment of new hospitals and Medical Colleges besides provision of missing facilities in eight hundred Basic Health Units.
