Afghan Taliban Military Chief for North killed, claims Afghan Military
KABUL - Afghan Military has claimed death of military chief of Taliban for northern Parwan province.
As per media report Taliban Military Chief has been killed in an apparent infighting, the local security officials said Friday.
Provincial Police Chief Mohammad Mahfuz Walizada said Mullah Qadir, the shadow military chief of Taliban has been killed along with two others in Jabal Saraj district.
He said Mullah Qadir has apparently been killed in an infighting among the Taliban militants.
Muhfuz further added that another Taliban militant has also sustained injuries during the clash which took place late on Thursday night.
The anti-government armed militant groups including Taliban have not commented regarding of Mullah Qadir so far.
