Turkish President Erdogan asked to raise Kahsmir issue at UNGA and OIC Contact Group

ISLAMABAD - Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly member and former President of Jamaat-e-Islami, Abdul Rashid Turabi has urged Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to raise Kashmir dispute at upcoming UN General Assembly session.
In an interview with Anadolu Agency in Ankara, he said Erdogan should lead and mobilize the OIC Contact Group, besides calling for special session of its foreign ministers to discuss the humanitarian crisis in occupied Kashmir.
He said inside India there is no safety for Muslim population.
He further said Muslim rulers need to do something to counter international agenda of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh the fountainhead of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in India.
Turabi said by removing Article 35A “BJP plans to change demography” of Jammu and Kashmir.
