KPK Counter Terrorism Department foil terrorism bid

PESHAWAR (APP): The police have averted a bid of terrorism by defusing a low-intensity bomb at Bacha Khan Chowk here on Friday.
According to police, the bomb weighting three to four kilogram, was planted at hot-pot near Bacha Khan Chowk for subversive activities.

The CTD police after receiving information rushed to the area alongwith the bomb disposal squad and defused it.
One person was arrested during search operation while another escaped from the scene. Police have started investigation.
