Justice Athar Minallah to be appointed as Chief Justice of IHC: Sources

ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Judicial Commission of Pakistan (SJCP) will meet on November 1 to consider the name of Senior Puisne Judge of Islamabad High Court Justice Athar Minallah for the post IHC Chief Justice.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar will chair the SJCP meeting, said a press release. IHC Chief Justice Mohammad Anwar Khan Kasi is going to retire on November 27.
