Health Minister reviews ongoing anti-measles drive

Minister for National Health Services Aamer Mehmood Kiani says the government is poised to build new hospitals in the country.
The Minister said this while reviewing the ongoing anti-measles drive during his visit to a rural Health Centre in Islamabad on Tuesday.
He said it is for the first time that over three million children are being administered with anti measles vaccination.
The Minister regretted that about one hundred and thirty deaths occurred due to measles last year.
The national campaign to administer supplementary immunization to children against measles started on 15th of this month and it will continue till 27th of this month.
