'Punjab medical supplies authority bill' to be tabled in provincial assembly on Monday

The bill is aimed at establishing Authority to procure drugs, medical equipment and its supply to public health facilities in province.

Punjab government will table Punjab Medical Supplies Authority Bill 2017 in provincial Assembly on Monday.

According to a spokesman of Punjab government, the bill is aimed at establishing Authority to procure drugs and medical equipment and its supply to the public health facilities in the province.

The Authority will establish warehouses for drug storage as per the best international practices.
