PSL 3: ICC security team visits National Stadium Karachi

KARACHI  – International Cricket Council’s (ICC) security consultant Reg Dickason has on Monday visited National Stadium, Karachi to examine arrangements for Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches.

Dickason visited the ground, stands as well as the pavilion. Security was beefed up around the stadium during his tour. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) security in-charge Colonel Azam gave briefing to the ICC representative regarding the matches.

Reg Dickason’s meeting with Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah is also scheduled today. 

It is worth mentioning here that PCB Chairman Najam Sethi has already announced to conduct some matches of PSL3 in Karachi, and it will only be possible to host the games after ICC security team’s clearance.
