Poland never helped Pakistan in Nuclear Program: Polish Ambassador clarifies news

ISLAMABAD: Ambassador Republic of Poland Piotr A Opalinski on Monday dispelled the impression that his country had supported Pakistan’s missile and nuclear programme.
Clarifying media reports in this regard, he said that he had not mentioned anything about Poland’s alleged support to Pakistan in the development of the said programme.
He was misquoted in the media’s reports. He had just stated that first director of SUPARCO was a retired air force officer, a former member of Polish Forces in the UK.
